Common questions
My fridge is warm but the freezer works. What is wrong?
This is usually a faulty fridge fan, a defrost fault blocking airflow, or a damper problem. The freezer can keep working while the fridge section warms up. It is a common and usually affordable repair.
My fridge is freezing my food. Can you fix that?
Yes. Overcooling is normally a faulty thermostat, sensor or control board telling the fridge to run too hard. We test and replace the faulty part so it holds the right temperature.
There is water pooling under my fridge.
A blocked defrost drain, a cracked drip tray or a split water line are the usual causes. We trace the leak and repair it so it does not damage your floor.
How long does a fridge repair take?
